REDESIGN
To expand the indoor footprint, we converted the back porch into a beautiful sitting room with a detailed wood ceiling, added a dining area with a coffered wallpaper ceiling, and installed new kitchen cabinetry with a custom island.

The new fireplace now serves as a central artistic element. The library received custom cabinetry, textured ceilings and trim while the second floor new hardwood floors, and upgraded bathrooms. New ipe decking on the front and back porch completed this renovation.

REFRESH

The interior saw a complete renovation where we created a separation between the living room and dining room, a cozy dining space with cypress wood ceiling and walls, and gave our clients a brand new kitchen and laundry/pantry room. The second floor was transformed with a new stairway access to the 3rd floor and bathroom renovations, including a spa-like master bathroom.

		                                MOUNT PLEASANT MARSH VIEW RENOVATION
This creekside Mount Pleasant residence sits across from the historic Boone Hall Plantation. It includes an enlarged kitchen, European cabinetry by Allmilmo, as well as appliances by Gaggenau.

The interior also has additional walnut cabinetry, river-reclaimed heart pine flooring, reclaimed pine beams and a floating barrel ceiling. Finally, we added a rear porch area with cable rails and stainless-steel grab rails, as well as replaced all the windows and doors with impact-rated products.

 ADDITION
This residence sits on Morgan Creek within Wild Dunes. We added a sunroom, workout facility, two second-floor additions, second-floor deck, and a raised infinity edge pool.

This project was designed to bring outside living indoors with two sets of curtain wall doors by Nana Wall and 48 sky lights with retractable shades. This home brings indoor and outdoor living under one roof.

		                                EAST BAY HISTORIC RENOVATION
We gave this Charleston hideaway an interior facelift, while preserving the historical and architectural components that made it unique.

By returning the second-floor living space and bathroom to its original location, we were able to maximize the full use of the rear porch. The most impressive feature of this home was the "Trompe l'oeil" murals painted throughout the dining room and stairwell.

ISLAND
The original structure of this property was a Sears and Roebuck home from the early 1900s. It has since been raised and added onto over the years.

We added a large laundry room, replaced all of the windows with new impact-rated windows, completely re-sided the exterior, added a new tongue and groove soffit with exposed rafter detail, lpe decks, a pool, and a travertine pool deck.

RENOVATION
This home was stripped to its bones and rebuilt. The scope of work included closing the first-and-second floor deck spaces to add a new dining room and to extend the master bathroom.

The roof was also removed to make room for a third-floor media room. With the dedication of the homeowner, architect, and design team, we transformed this project into a beautiful new home.
